I'm a curious philosopher and explorer at heart and I teach from the place of continuous learning. The three modalities I currently work with (yoga, meditation, sound therapy) are avenues for greater self-awareness. With self-awareness, all things harmonize - what's not resonant falls away and innate but dormant potential awakens. What I offer is from this place so if you are looking for a "workout" I'm probably not the teacher for you. But if you are looking for a work-IN then we may be a good fit. I've been on the path of spiritual inquiry since I can remember. My yoga practice began in New York City in the late 90's and I began teaching in 2009. Along the way I have learned from many gifted teachers and systems and they all synergize in the methodology. A large portion of my work is devoted to leading mindfulness based groups in the field of addiction treatment and teaching yoga and meditation to a wide range of clients in the greater Los Angeles area. After years of self-study in performing arts, psychology, spirituality, and eastern and western spirituality, I've returned to academia to obtain a Masters Degree in Mental Health and Wellness.
