I often say, the physical body is our visible mind. I approach yoga from this vantage point - the postures are a way to self-awareness and the body/mind functions as one, harmonious whole.
Meditation is a way of life, a state of consciousness where seeing is whole, not fragmented by conditioning, thought processes, memories, etc.
Sound therapy silences the brain to give one access to the whole mind. It is usually deeply relaxing and invites the entire body/mind mechanism to homeostasis.
